Managing Partner

Shay is Managing Partner of Merlin Ventures, where he leads the Tel Aviv office. He brings more than 14 years of experience in entrepreneurship and fund raising. Shay came to Merlin from toDay Ventures, and early-stage fund he co-founded and managed that works closely with entrepreneurs on ideation and converting technology ideas into successful businesses. Shay himself is an experienced entrepreneur who founded three network companies prior to his work at toDay. He made Aliyah from Istanbul to Israel in 2004 to join the Israeli Army, and after his service moved permanently to Israel.
